Leadership is a term which was defined many different ways. Management can be both equally good and bad. A few believe that market leaders are delivered while others believe it can be discovered. Organizations will need and depend on good market leaders in order to be good. Leaders carry out the quest of the organization while growing their supporters in the process. There are lots of leadership models and what works for one company is not going to always improve the next firm. Leaders are often times confused with managers. Every firm looks for market leaders with characteristics that are good for their organization. Leaders possess varying behaviours and perceptions that will possibly make them powerful or useless.
